Rebranding a $2.5B company is no small task. Long known as an industry leader in RV accessories, LCI Industries faced a pivotal challenge: evolving from a primarily B2B organization serving OEMs and dealers into a brand that could also connect directly with consumers and unlock new revenue streams. The solution was a complete shift in brand architecture – simplifying the parent brand to Lippert and moving beyond the LCI Industries name. The work shown here was part of an executive-level presentation designed to bring the new brand to life, align leadership around the vision, and serve as a blueprint for transitioning a vast ecosystem of materials to reflect the newly defined brand moving forward.
