Rebranding a $2.5B company is never easy. LCI Industries has been the leader in RV accessories for years. The big challenge here was how to take a company that was built by focusing primarily on B2B (OEMs and dealers) and shift the narrative to B2C, opening up an entire new pipe-line of revenue. We decided to change the brand architecture all together, simplifying the parent brand to just Lippert, moving on from LCI Industries. The work shown here was part of a presentation created to bring the new brand to life for the executive team, creating the blueprint moving forward for changing over the multitude of materials needed to reflect the new brand.
